How to Measure for the Correct Size

1. Identify the Toe: Determine which toe requires support (usually 2nd, 3rd, or 4th toes).

2. Measure Toe Width: Use a soft measuring tape or ruler to measure the width of the affected toe at its widest point.

   • Small: Fits toes under ~1.2 cm wide

   • Medium: Fits toes ~1.3–1.6 cm wide

   • Large: Fits toes 1.7 cm or wider

3. Consider Shoe Fit: If you wear snug shoes, consider the smaller size for comfort. For looser shoes, the larger size may provide extra padding.
