The Form Fit Shoulder Brace is designed to provide effective immobilization and support following shoulder injury or surgery. With a streamlined fit, sporty look, and breathable materials, it delivers comfort and ease of use during recovery.

Like its predecessor, the SmartSling®, this brace offers abduction when the abduction pillow is attached, or external rotation when the external rotation pillow is attached. For additional comfort, an optional axilla pillow (#SSAXP) is available to distribute weight and reduce pressure on the ulnar nerve.

Sizing & Measurement Instructions

Measure the length from the elbow crease to the wrist along the inside of the arm to determine correct size:

• Small: Fits 10.5" – 13" (up to 29 cm)

• Regular/Medium: Fits 13.25" – 15.75" (29 – 40 cm)

• Large: Fits 16" – 17.5" (40 – 44.5 cm)
