Sizing & Measurement Instructions:

1. Measure your waist circumference at the level of your navel while standing relaxed.

2. If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

3. Height guidance: S/M fits best for individuals up to 69" tall; L/XL for 69" and taller.
