Measurement Instructions

1. Measure the mid-upper arm circumference on your left arm.

2. Choose this model if your arm is 9"–17" (22–42 cm).

3. Place cuff 1" (2–3 cm) above the elbow crease, tube aligned with the artery.

4. Sit with back supported, feet flat, arm at heart level; rest 5 minutes before measuring.
