The Exos FORM II 626 lumbar orthosis provides targeted relief for mild lower back pain and offers superior sagittal support from L-1 to L-5. Designed with the BOA® Fit System, this brace delivers a precise, micro-adjustable fit using a durable, dial-based closure. The V-STX thermoformable lordotic inserts and ComfortCORE™ foam liner create a customized, comfortable feel, while the Diamond² Grid™ construction ensures durability and long-lasting performance. Adjustable belt wings and a modular design allow for a tailored fit and adaptable support.

Common uses include acute and chronic lower back pain, lumbar sprains and strains, lumbar disc displacement, osteoporosis, disc herniation or degeneration, and post-operative support following laminectomy, discectomy, or spondylolisthesis.

Sizing & Measurement Instructions: Measure your waist circumference at the level of the navel while standing relaxed. If between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. Height guidance: Small/Medium fits individuals up to 69 inches tall; Large/X-Large fits individuals 69 inches and taller.

Available Sizes: Small/Medium fits 28 to 50 inches waist. Large/X-Large fits 51 to 61 inches waist.
